My daughter just got these as a birthday gift, and they are so adorable. However, man are they hard to color with! She spent an hour stacking and reorganizing them, but when we went to color with them you really need to press hard to get any sort of color to come out on the paper. The light colors are the worst! AS far as stacking goes, they are tons of fun, my daughter thinks that they are finger puppets too

I bought this for entertaining my 1 y.o. She loves to examine the bright colors and remove and re-stick the characters to the glove. The individual characters are great as separate finger puppets. Soft, yet firmly constructed. Although the glove is made for someone with smaller hands.

This came apart within a few weeks of when I bought it. One of the tall "pegs" that you slide the vehicles on came completely out and another became wobbly. I have set it aside until I have time to fix it, but I am rather disappointed as I have had good experiences with Alex toys in the past. I also have the ocean version of this toy and the middle peg came apart on that, too.

Very Frustrating Project - K. Rinderspacher - Michigan
My parents gave this kit to our 3 year old for his birthday a few weeks ago.
He, his 4 year old brother and I sat down to build these cars & it was a frustrating experience!

The cardboard pieces don't fit together easily. No way my 3 year old could have done it himself even though the box says 3+. The instructions were very vague about how everything attaches. (I know that it's supposed to spark creativity, but my older son wanted to follow the pictures and do it "right".) Also, the glue stick provided wasn't strong enough glue to hold any of the cardboard "decorations" to the cars. My kids ended up giving up before the race car was even finished.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars for educational is the fact that my kids were able to follow the directions that were there to see where the stickers and decorations went. Otherwise, save your money and make cars out of your recycled containers and other things you have around your home.

I got this for my 7 year old son who loves Bakugon. He loved the mat, but within a few times of him foldin g up the mat for storage, the metal ring that expands it was bent/warped. Now the mat does not lay flat and is useless. It is unrealistic to think that a nylon printed mat that is about 30 inches in diamter and four plastic molded "ramps" which are more for in game storage than anything else is worht , let alone the fact that the mat cannot be properly stored by the age group that uses it. i would have rather gotten a latex rubber basded mat that could be rolled up - or even just a large plastic disk.

I got this for my daughter for her second birthday. The colors are so bright and fun and the toy is all wooden so I know it's sturdy. She's had other lacing things before but what really helps her is the wooden rod at one end to help get it through the holes and then the wooden stopper at the other end so the little beads don't fall off. She loves this and she gets so excited when she gets them all on. She feels like it's a huge accomplishment. This is a great toy and I would recommend it to anyone!
